7.2.2
Spare parts
Spare parts are available from your supplier or the manu-
facturer.
The following data are required for spare part orders.

Aggregate repairs
1.
The following must be observed during assembly:
−
Worn parts must be replaced by original spare parts.
−
Replace all seals.
−
The required tightening torques must be observed
(
Tightening torques, page 28).
2.
Clean all parts.
3.
Install the aggregate into the system

Set-up and connection, page 12).

Disassembly of LNY-/LSY-2841

The pump aggregate has been removed from the system
and is positioned in a clean and level assembly area.
1.
Disassembly of casing cover
−
Position the aggregate vertically on the fan hood.
−
Loosen the hexagon head screws (901) on the casing
cover (161). Take off the screws and cover with the O-
ring.
2.
Disassembly of impeller
−
Pull the impeller (230) off the motor shaft (the impeller
is provided with a thread for the puller).
−
Remove the fitting key (940) from the motor shaft.
3.
Disassembly of mechanical seal and casing
−
Remove the locking ring (932).
−
Pull the casing (101) and the rotating unit of the me-
chanical seal (047) off the motor shaft.
−
Push the stationary unit of the mechanical seal from
the rear out of the casing.

Disassembly of Y-2041

The pump aggregate has been removed from the system
and is positioned in a clean and level assembly area.
1.
Disassembly of casing
−
Position the aggregate vertically on the fan hood.
−
Loosen the hexagon head screws (901) on the casing
(101), remove the screws and the casing.
−
Remove the O-ring (412).
2.
Disassembly of impeller
−
Pull the impeller (230) off the motor shaft (the impeller
is provided with a thread for the puller).
−
Remove the fitting key (940) from the motor shaft.
3.
Disassembly of mechanical seal and shaft sealing casing
−
Remove the locking ring (932).
−
Pull the shaft sealing casing (441) and the rotating unit
of the mechanical seal (047) off the motor shaft.
−
Push the stationary unit of the mechanical seal from
the rear out of the shaft sealing casing.

1. Disassembly of casing
−
Position the aggregate vertically on the fan hood.

Loosen the hexagon head screws (901) on the casing
(101), remove the screws and the casing.

Remove the O-ring (412).
2. Disassembly of impeller
−
Pull the impeller (230) off the motor shaft (the impeller
is provided with a thread for the puller).
−
Remove the fitting key (940) from the motor shaft.
3. Disassembly of mechanical seal and shaft sealing casing
−
Remove the locking ring (932).

−
Loosen and remove the hexagon socket head
screws (914)
−
Pull the shaft sealing casing (441) and the rotating unit
of the mechanical seal (047) off the motor shaft.
−
Push the stationary unit of the mechanical seal from
the rear out of the shaft sealing casing.

The pump aggregate has been removed from the system
and is positioned in a clean and level assembly area.

Disassembly of casing cover
−
Position the aggregate vertically on the fan hood.
−
Loosen the hexagon head screws (901) on the casing
cover (161), take off the screws and the cover.
−
Remove the O-ring (412).
2.
Disassembly of impeller
−
Pull the impeller (230) off the motor shaft (the impeller
is provided with a thread for the puller).
−
Remove the fitting key (940) from the motor shaft.
3.
Disassembly of mechanical seal and casing
−
Remove the locking ring (932).
−
Pull the casing (101) and the rotating unit of the me-
chanical seal (047) off the motor shaft.
−
Push the stationary unit of the mechanical seal from
the rear out of the casing.
