The playback order of DivX video files
The playback order of albums and files recorded on a DATA CD or DATA DVD is as
follows.
• Structure of disc contents
When you insert a DATA CD or DATA DVD and press
H
, the numbered files are
played sequentially, from
1
through
7
. Any sub-albums/files contained within a
currently selected album does not take priority over the next album in the same tree.
(Example:
E
contains
G
but
6
is played before
7
.)
When you press
O
RETURN and the list of albums appears (page 87), the albums
are arranged in the following order:
A
t
B
t
D
t
E
t
F
t
G
. Albums
that do not contain files (such as album
C
) do not appear in the list.
Tips
• If you add numbers (01, 02, 03, etc.) to the front of the file names, the files will be played in
that order.
• A disc with many trees takes longer to start playback. Some discs with many trees cannot be
played back.
Notes
• Depending on the software you use to create the DATA CD or DATA DVD, the playback
order may differ from the illustration above.
• No more than 250 albums can be recognized.
• A total of up to about 999 files can be recognized for discs that contain MP3 files, JPEG files
and DivX video files.
