To display private records, proceed as follows:

If you have a password, the
Show Records
screen appears.

Locking your CLIÉ handheld
You can lock your CLIÉ handheld with a password to protect information.
To lock your CLIÉ handheld, proceed as follows:

Back up the data on your CLIÉ handheld using a HotSync
®
transfer (see
Using HotSync® operations
(page 74)
).

Tap the
Home
icon.

Select
System
from the drop-down list in the top right-hand corner.
The
System
screen appears.

Tap the
Security
icon.
The
Security
dialog box appears.

Tap
Lock & Turn Off
.
The
System Lockout
dialog box appears.

Tap
Off & Lock
.
Your device is turned off and locked.
To access your CLIÉ handheld again, you must enter your password.
