Categorizing entries

You can categorize the records you entered. This means you can then view the records by category.

To specify the category of address records, proceed as follows:

Tap the records you want to categorize.
The

Address

view appears.

Tap

Edit

The

Address Edit

screen appears.

Tap

Unfiled

in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

A list of categories appears.

Tap the required category.
The category is assigned to the records you selected.

Address Book menus

This section explains the menu commands specific to Address Book. The

Record

and

Options

menus differ

depending on the screen displayed.

Record menus

Duplicate Address

: Makes a copy of the current record and displays the copy in

Address Edit

so you can

make changes to the copied record. The copy has the same category and attached notes as the original
record.

Beam Address

: Sends only the selected address to another CLIÉ handheld via the infrared communications

port.
