This parameter defines the pressing time of the corresponding transmitter push button (Up/Down) which 
makes a distinction between the sending of a short-term telegram (On/Off) and a long-term telegram 
(Brighter/darker dimming). If the time, for example, is set at 0.5 seconds, a long-term telegram is generated 
after a longer pressing than 0.5 seconds. With a pressing duration which is shorter than 0.5 seconds, a 
short-term telegram is generated.
