2. Unbolt the six front cover screws (M4 cross recessed countersunk head) using an
appropriate screwdriver and remove the cover.
3. Connect one end of the hose pump to the valve (position 7) shown in the figure
and tighten it with the provided hose clamp (tightening torque 7.8 N.M). Connect
the other end into the water tank (not recommended to use again);
4. Open the drain valve by turning the red handle outwards in vertical position to the
valve as shown in the figure (position 8)
Note: The drain valve will be in closed position by default.
5. Turn on the pump and close the pressure relief valve on the pump
6. Begin filling the system. The initial target filling level should be ~ 50%.
7. After filling the liquid to the recommended level, close the drain valve.
8. Turn off the pump and open the pressure relief valve on the pump.

Draining the system

the cover.
2. Connect one end of the hose pump to the valve (position 7) shown in the figure and tighten it with a hose clamp
(tightening torque 7.8 N.M). Connect the other end into the water tank to recover the glycol solution (not recommended
to use again).
3. Open the drain valve by turning the red handle outwards in vertical position to the valve as shown in the figure (position 8)
Note: The drain valve will be in closed position by default.
4. Open the pressure relief valve.
After the coolant is completely emptied, close the drain valve and remove the drain pipe.

transportation rules and regulations and disposed of in compliance with local and national laws by a licensed or certified
