How to correct operating troubles

Error messages

Cause/Correction

Error code: 3102

Xport target computer does not respond!



Possibly, the target computer is wrongly con-
figured, its hard disk is full or the USB memory
stick is inoperable or full.



Acknowledge the message and initiate another
transmission attempt in the next window

Xport

image transmission failed

with

r

.



If the second attempt again leads to an error
message, you can abort the image transmission
with

s

. The last image will

not

be trans-

ferred to the target computer or to the USB
memory* now.



If this error constantly occurs, you can

completely

deactivate

the Xport system with key [

1 abc

]. No

more images will now be transferred until you
have switched off and on the X-ray unit.
Have the target computer, USB memory and
transfer parameters checked by a higher level
user.

Error code: 3103

The Xport system is not activated!



Switch off the unit and switch it on again after a
few seconds to cancel a temporary deactivation. If
the error message appears again during the next
transfer attempt, the Xport system has been per-
manently deactivated by a user with higher ac-
cess level.

Error code: 3104

The Xport system transfers images already automat-
ically!



For the Xport system transfers all images already
automatically, the individual image transfer is de-
activated.

Error code: 3105

USB memory does not respond!



Error code: 3500

System has not been correctly shut down the last
time! Stick to the right order when switching off the
system (refer to User's guide)!



If, for some particular reasons, the X-ray unit is to
be disconnected completely from the electrical
mains supply, you have to wait until the power-on
indicator has extinguished before unplugging the
mains plug, turning the main switch* or deactiv-
ating the mains supply!



If the unit is equipped with a power fail buffer*,
ensure a

permanent

connection to the mains,

even if you do not use the unit. This way the bat-
teries keep charged!
If power failures occur several times a day, always
turn off the unit at once when a power failure oc-
curs to ensure that the batteries of the power fail
buffer will not be discharged completely.

Error code: 3501

The internal hard disk does not work! Several func-
tions are not or only partly available!



You can further operate the unit, but functions
such as IMS system*, TIP system etc. cannot be
applied.
