ATTENTION:

Spare Parts

Only authorised components can be used for assistance to the household appliance. Do
not repair or replace any oven component not recommended by this manual. All
interventions and repairs must be carried out by authorised technical staff.
To request a spare part, indicate the following data:
1)  Initial of oven model

(N.L.)

label positioned on the lower front part of the oven side and in the first page of the
manual.
2)  Description and number of the spare part, technical information available only to the
authorised after-sales assistance service.
3)  Last, indicate the details of the distributor that sold the oven and the details of the
nearest after-sales assistance centre to you.

After-sales technical assistance

In case your oven requires after-sales technical assistance and/or spare parts, contact the
dealer or nearest authorised after-sales technical assistance centre.
In this case also, it is necessary to transmit the full details of the device found on the
aluminium product label, which: model

Error signals

If the message PT1000 FAILURE appears on the display, this indicates a
malfunctioning of the temperature probe of the oven. Disconnect the oven from the
electric connection of the mains and reconnect it after a few seconds. If the
message reappears, the probe must be replaced. Replacement must be carried out
after having disconnected the oven from the mains.

Software – Installed version

For problems linked to the software, the number of the version of the program
installed must be reported. This is found by selecting the entry "Settings" from the
main menu
