PHASE 5 – “defrosting” function – temperature 25°C for 10 min
To slowly and evenly let the temperature of the food drop
It is not necessary to program all 5 phases, but it is possible to use, indifferently, from
only 1 to 5. For the unnecessary phases, leaving the "time" parameters and the
"temperatures" at "0", these will not be considered.

. Choose the minutes to be set for the first phase (phase 1) and, using
the same keys, select the function. Now identify the most suitable for the type of
cooking from the various possibilities offered by the manual functioning (see paragraph

customising the second phase (phase 2). Continue with programming like in previous
phase, setting the new data. Also in the case the phases to be programmed are less than 5,
it is always necessary to confirm with up to fifth phase, to allow recording of the
program. Remember the phases that are not of interest must have the time and
temperature parameters at “0”.

Use of the customised recipes (Memo recipes/Guided)
To use the customised recipes, select the entry "Guided" from the main menu, confirm
with and select the function "Memo recipes" confirm with
thus moving on to
the customised recipes menu. Chosen the recipe, the display will show all programmed
phases. In this way it is possible to exactly see the cooking cycle of the recipe to be
used. Confirm and choose when to start cooking. After last confirmation, depending on
the given setting, the oven starts (immediate start) or is placed in stand-by (programmed
start). On the display it is possible to view at any time the advance status of the various
phases. The oven will automatically perform pre-heating even with the customised
recipes,
it is not necessary to program a pre-heating phase.
