With key it is possible at any moment to go back to the previously set parameters to
eventually amend them. Attention, going back using key , the programmed start
data will reset. All set parameters and the current oven status can be directly verified on
the display at any moment.
Once cooking has started, it will be possible to amend the settings, again going back
using key . A buzzer will warn when cooking has ended. To cancel programming,
keep key pressed then select “Stop”.
■
Cooking with Programmed start
The "Cooking" phase in the "Cooking with Programmed start" starts after the pre-
heating phase. It is usually recommended to insert the dishes in the oven when this has
already reached cooking temperature. In this case, as start is postpones and not
protected, the insertion of the dish must happen with the oven cold.
■
Stop, pause, and cancellation of a program
To pause or stop a program at any time, keep key pressed for a few seconds until the
“Pause” or “Stop” options appear. This allows choosing whether to temporarily interrupt
cooking (Pause) or stop it (Stop). By pressing "Stop" the program brings you to the main
menu screen cancelling every programming and preparing for new eventual choice. If no
intervention takes place, after about two minutes the program goes back to "stand-by"
mode.
The “Pause” option interrupts functioning of the heating elements and of the
programming times eventually entered; to restart the interrupted settings press .
However, it is possible to completely cancel a program by also keeping key pressed
until the stand-by screen appears.
■
Consecutive cooking
In case of consecutive cooking, if successive cooking requires a lower temperature to
that of the oven, a warning "Temperature too high" together with a buzzer (the beep can
be interrupted using key ) will warn the oven is in pause and is awaiting lowering of
the temperature to programmed value. Once the right temperature is reached, the oven
will automatically re-start.

Pre-set recipes (Guided)
The oven is provided with a recipe book with the possibility of choosing 51 different
types of dishes where the times, the temperatures and the methods are already
programmed. By selecting the wanted recipe, the oven automatically proceeds with
cooking, using temperatures and functions combined in order to optimise the use of the
oven and obtain the best cooking. All recipes are realised by professional chefs that have
tested the realisation directly on the oven.
