5.8.3.2 Uploading Tip Transactions

This function is used by the merchant to transmit all stored credit card tip
transactions.

Select the desired function by pressing the corresponding number key.

Example: Press 2 to perform

UPLOAD FUNCTION.

Displays the total tip transactions that are currently stored on the terminal.
(

NOTE:

Check to see if the Total Amount matches with the Total Amount of your

tip transaction receipts)

If the

TOTAL

is correct, press

ENTER

to upload the stored TIP transactions.

If the

TOTAL

is not correct, press

CLEAR

to exit and proceed with

step

Total amount matches with the physical tip transaction receipt. Press ENTER to proceed with uploading
the Tip amount.

PROCESSING NOW

Once all the transactions are sent, the screen will display

Total amount not matching with the physical tip transaction receipt. Press CLEAR to exit and proceed with
viewing the transactions and adjusting the amounts.

to view transactions to modify the tip transaction amounts of the

stored advices or
