Porter des équipements individuels de protection en

Des bouchons peuvent être utilisés pour obturer les rangs dans la
tête de distribution.
Pour installer ces bouchons, retirer le capot de la tête de
distribution en desserrant les écrous moletés .
Insérer le bouchon avec la fl èche vers le bas dans le rang que
vous souhaitez boucher.
Vérifi er que le bouchon soit bien enfoncé dans son logement et
qu’il ne bouge pas.
Il est important de ne jamais fermer plus de deux rangs sur trois
sur la tête de distribution. Il faut qu’au moins un tiers des rangs
restent ouverts.
L’utilisation de bouchons obturateurs peut faciliter les bouchages
dans la tête de distribution. Il est important d’augmenter
la fréquence de vérifi cation de la tête de distribution (voir
vérifi cations) lors de l’utilisation de cet équipement.

Um Reihen im Verteilerkopf zu schließen, können
Verschlussstopfen verwendet werden.
Um diese Stopfen zu installieren, entfernen Sie die Abdeckung
vom Verteilerkopf, indem Sie die Rändelmuttern lösen.
Stecken Sie den Verschlussstopfen mit dem Pfeil nach unten in
die Reihe, die Sie schließen möchten.
Achte darauf, dass der Verschluss fest in seiner Aufnahme sitzt
und sich nicht bewegt.
Es ist wichtig, dass nie mehr als zwei von drei Reihen am
Verteilerkopf geschlossen werden. Mindestens ein Drittel der
Reihen sollte off en bleiben.
Durch den Einsatz von Verschlussstopfen kann es vermehrt
zu Verstopfungen im Verteilerkopf kommen. Der Verteilerkopf
muss in diesem Falle häufi ger überprüft werden (siehe Kapitel
Überprüfungen).

Wear personal protective equipment in the presence of
chemicals. Read the recommendations for the product
you are using.
Plugs may be used to seal the rows in the distribution head.
To install these plugs, remove the cover from the distribution
head by unscrewing the knurled nuts .
Insert the plug with the arrow downwards in the row that you
want to seal.
Check that the plug is properly seated in its housing and that it
cannot move.
It is important never to close more than two out of three rows on
the distribution head. At least one third of the rows must remain
open.
The use of sealing plugs can facilitate clogging in the distribution
head. It is important to increase the checking frequency of the
distribution head (see checks) when using this equipment.
