Error processing

Once it has been successfully imported, the image can be deleted from

the import folder, as it is now stored in the SIDEXIS database.

Explanation

This

"NGLogCollect"

tool creates a file to find errors for the SIRONA customer

service center.

● Information pertaining the settings and environment of the SIDEXIS XG

system are found in this file.

Command

1. Follow the path

"start"

"programs"

"SIDEXIS"

"SIDEXIS Manager"

and

start the application

"NGLogCollect"

The application

"Log file collector"

opens.

2. Change the target path of the file if necessary.
3. Press the

"Start"

button.

The file "

NGLogCollect.tar.gz

" will be generated.

Send this file to the SIRONA customer service center via E-mail upon request.
