Warning label on control panel

The control-panel warning label comes with equivalent standard wording in twelve lan-

guages; English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish,

Greek, Swedish and Chinese. The warning labels are found in a plastic bag under thumb

index 3 in the Technical Manual.

According to country and other preferences choose the appropriate language and affix the

label over the existing label on the control panel, see Fig. 6. Be sure to position the label

properly before affixing it. The label sticks immediately.

The standard warning label in English is provided and already
affixed to the control panel upon delivery.

On and for the territory of the United States (USA) only !

The above mentioned control-panel warning labels, (supplied
now under the material number 8102506 within the Technical
Manual / blue binder), contain one additional warning label with
slightly different wording, corresponding to the requirements of
Authorities in the US.
The wording is:

"WARNING! This X-ray unit may be dangerous to patient and
operator unless safe exposure factors, operating instructions and
maintenance schedules are observed."

The installation personnel in the US has to paste over the stan-
dard english text on the panel by this particular label. If this
instruction isn’t followed, the equipment may not be accredited.
