Step 3: Align the camera with the reflector / reflectors
Alignment of the camera with the reflector depends on several factors. For example:
• Load suspension device (e.g. spreader)
• If an additional reflector is used, as in this case the alignment determines the point at which
the additional reflector is to be detected.
If you are only using one reflector, we recommend that you move the spreader to the upper end
position and that you position the blue cross in the preview image at the center of the reflector
(see also SIMOCRANE CenSOR for an outdoor crane (Page 42)). Then lower the hoist to the lower
end position to check whether the reflector remains visible in the image at all times.
