Output monitoring
On a Flexi Loop node with AUX_OUT and AUX_IN the output state is coupled to the input
state by default. This feature means that the state of the output cannot change as long
as the input is switched (in this way a flashing mode set is suppressed).
Deactivate the output monitoring if you want to use the output AUX_OUT independent
of the state of the input AUX_IN. This can be necessary, e.g., for safety locking devices.
DANGER
If you use the input AUX_IN for resetting, you must never deactivate output monitoring!
Output monitoring prevents an incorrect reset signal being detected between AUX_OUT
and AUX_IN in the event of a cross-circuit, for example.

AUX_IN to MSTR AUX_OUT
If you use several inputs to reset the protective device, the hazardous area must be visi‐
ble from every reset button!
Flexi Loop is factory-set with a logical OR operation that links all inputs of Flexi Loop
nodes. The result is output by the Flexi Loop MSTR2 accessory at the AUX_OUT output.
You can use this function for a group reset signal in standard I/O mode, for example.

AUX_IN to MSTR AUX_OUT

The Flexi Loop node no longer feeds the status on its AUX_IN to the output
AUX_OUT of the MSTR2 Flexi Loop accessory.
AUX_OUT from MSTR AUX_IN
Flexi Loop links the status of the input AUX_IN of the MSTR2 Flexi Loop accessory to all
outputs AUX_OUT of the Flexi Loop nodes. Use this function for example for the imple‐
mentation of locking device applications.
