6. Setup
Factory default of this controller:
Input type: K, -200 to 1370
Control action: PID control (with AT), Reverse action (Heating action)
Event output (EVT1, EVT2): No event
Setup (setting the Input type, control action, Event output type, etc.) should be done
before using this controller, according to the user’s conditions.
Setup is conducted in the Engineering group.
The Engineering group consists of Input group, Output group, Event input group (optional),
Event output group, Program group, Communication group, External setting group,
Transmission output group and Other function group.
If the user’s specification is the same as the factory default of the instrument, it is not
necessary to set up the controller. Proceed to Section “7. Settings” (pp. 52-68).
