1. Crankshaft and bearing holder assembly
1) Assemble the bearing holder on the crankshaft, and
insert it into the bush on the front side of the cylinder
block.
2) Align the bolt holes on the bottom of the cylinder
block with the screw holes on the bearing holder
during assembly.
[Use hexagonal socket head bolts on the flywheel
side.]

3) Measure the allowance in the crankshaft axis direction.

2. Oil seal and rear plate
1) Assemble the oil seal on the flywheel side of the
crankshaft.
2) Apply liquid packing around the oil seal on the
installation surface of the rear plate of the cylinder
block during assembly.

3. Flywheel
Pay careful attention to the position of the split pin when
fixing the bolt.
