ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Connect the electrical connector.
Engage the light plate, ensuring that the holes in the
plate are in place .
Place all of the brake hoses / cables in the interior of
meter upper guide .
Attach the rubber fastners.
Check the setting of headlight beam.(

p.133).
Remove the headlight housing assembly (

p.131)
Remove the protective rubber .
Turn the socket a quarter turn counterclockwise to
remove it from the headlight assembly.
Gently press the bulb in while turning it counterclockwise
and remove it from the socket.
Install a new bulb .
Reinstall the socket with the bulb in the headlight
assembly by turning it in a clockwise direction.
Reinstall the protective rubber.
To replace the pilot light simply remove the socket
from the reflector .
Reinstall the headlight housing assembly.
REINSTALLING THE HEADLIGHT HOUSING
