MOTOR MAINTENANCE
REFILLING THE ENGINE WITH OIL
- Lubricate the filter seal.
- Fit a new oil filter .
- Seal to the crankcase (see picture).
- Fit the oil filter cap with a new O-ring.
- Install the plug with a new gasket .
- Install the pre-filters the drain plugs and
with new seal .
- Remove the engine oil filler cap (

p.103).
- Fill the engine with oil.
- Install the engine guard.
- Check the oil level in the sight gage (

p.103).
- Add additional oil if necessary.

The oil filter should be replaced at each oil change.
NOTE
To protect the environment, oil, oil filters and used material must
be deposited in a collection center and not down the drain or in
the wild.
