Making a blind call
transfer
1. during the active call press softkey TRANSFER
2. dial the third party’s telephone press softkey CALL
3. hang up

> (the configuration of
destination number is up to the system administrator). All incoming
calls will be forwarded to the programmed destination number.
Deactivate it by pressing again the function key and the message will
disappear from screen.

A user placed in the “Do Not Disturb” state, cannot be called, but can
perform normal outgoing telephone traffic.
3 way conference
To use 3-way conferencing, assume that extension A wishes to set up a
conference with B and C:
1. A, the promoter, places the first party (B) on hold
2. dial third telephone number (C) + press MENU/ENTER button
3. when the call is answered, A press
CONFERENCE
function key.
If the promoter presses again
CONFERENCE
function key, he goes back
to previous state (that is: first party on hold and the other one in
conversation).
If the promoter wants to exit the confrence and leave both the partners in
conversation, presses the
CONFERENCE
function key and then
TRANSFER
key.
The conference stops completely if the promoter hangs up, while it
continuous if only one partner hangs up.
Call completion towards
a user that does not
answer or is busy
If the called does not answer or is busy, on display you will see the
answer “Booking?”. Confirm by pressing CALL softkey and, after you see
the message “Booked” on display, hang up,
The booking is active for about 10 minutes.
To anwser the call completion, which is active for few seconds, it is
sufficient to lift the handset or press “ANSWER” softkey.
To reject press softkey EXIT.
