9.4. Gestione della rubrica locale
La personalizzazione della rubrica locale dell’apparecchio, che consiste nell’aggiungere, modificare o
cancellare i contatti in rubrica locale, sono operazioni realizzabili dall’utente tramite Menu -> Rubrica
Locale. Accedere alla
rubrica locale
premendo il tasto softkey MENU.
Nella rubrica locale del telefono è possibile archiviare fino a 100 numeri telefonici e nomi corrispondenti
(fino ad un massimo di 12 caratteri).
La ricerca dei nomi può avvenire scorrendo l’elenco con i tasti freccia oppure inserendo, tramite i tasti
alfanumerici, parte del nome (max 3 caratteri) seguito dal tasto di conferma. Successivamente vengono
visualizzati, a partire dal nome inserito, in sequenza alfabetica tutti i nominativi memorizzati.

L’opzione
Aggiungi
permette la personalizzazione di:
•
numero di telefono
•
nome
•
suoneria(*)
(*)permette di associare al contatto una suoneria differente dal "Tono di chiamata" configurato nel Menu->
Impostazioni.
- Si consiglia l’inserimento dei numeri telefonici in formato E164 ossia preceduti dal segno “+” ed il
codice identificativo del Paese (ad esempio per l’Italia anteporre al numero
+39
). Ciò permetterà alle
urbane in ingresso, alle quali viene aggiunto
+39
(rif.Italia), di trovare, se presente nella rubrica locale,
sicuramente la corrispondenza con il nome e di visualizzarlo come identificativo chiamante.
Nota: Le urbane in uscita vengono private del prefisso
+39
(rif.Italia).
- Sul display viene indicato il numero di utenti memorizzati sul totale di quelli disponibili, es. 19/100.
Per inserire caratteri alfanumerici utilizzando i tasti numerici del telefono, riferirsi alla seguente tabella:
