11. Description of available functions
The following table describes the functions provided with the phone and available for users by pressing
the corresponding button, while for a correct use see “
User operations
” paragraph.

LINE 1
LINE 2
The LINE 1/LINE 2 function key is used to answer the incoming
calls and line seizure for outgoing calls and also, when pressed
during a conversation, put / resume from hold the caller / called
party.

= phone in idle

Green led blinking quickly
= incoming call
Amber led blinking slowly
= line on hold
QUEUE
The QUEUE function keys program a key where incoming calls
are signalled.
You can have a GENERIC_QUEUE key (where all incoming calls
arrive) or an ID_QUEUE key (which receives calls only directed
toward a programmed account).
The ID_QUEUE key can be disabled.

= none incoming call
Green led blinking quickly
= one or more incoming calls
Red led steady on

queue key disabled
PARK
Park call and pickup parked call by pressing the PARK function
key.

= none parked calls
Amber led blinking slowly
= one parked call
BLF (Busy Lamp Field)
The BUDDY function keys monitor the state of SIP users.
You can have three types of BLF keys:
BLF
monitor
idle / busy state
with light signalling;
BLF_ADVANCED
monitor
idle / busy / in ringing state
with light signalling;
BLF_RING
monitor
idle / busy / in ringing state
with light and acustic
signalling.

CONFERENCE (to start
a three way conference)
The CONFERENCE function key starts / resumes a three way
conference as described in the paragraph

= Conference in progress
CONFERENCE (to
record a phone call)
The CONFERENCE function key allows the recording of a phone
call, if the system has been appropriately configured.

SEQUENCE
The SEQUENCE function key executes a pre-programmed
selection automatically; the selection can be complete or open (if
ends with E letter the user has to complete the selection).

The MUTE function key enables /disables the microphone during
conversation.

The DO NOT DISTURB function key enables /disables the DND
feature.
