The
headset mode
means that the headset icon is displayed on the screen.
7.2. Understanding state icons
To be sure that the telephone is working and is ready to the use, verify that the screen displays date,
time and account; otherwise contact the system administrator.
The state telephone and active features icons appear in the first line of the screen of the telephone, whose
meaning is described below
Arrow keys
Up arrow
: Scroll up to see menus and highlight items;
Repeat last number dialed.
Down arrow
: Scroll down to see menus and highlight items;
Delete the letter on the left of the cursor.
3 Softkeys
Located below the display, they are context-sensitive function keys
DESCRIPTION
Registration
= Registration status of the accounts of the telephone:
R upside down
= None account registered
R
-
= Not all the accounts are registered
R+
= All the accounts are registered
Local
= telephone is working with the local configuration file
(as an alternative to “S” icon, described below).
Sicurity
= “S” icon appears during a secure conversation (crypted with RTP protocol)
in place of "L" icon.
Normal mode
(Handset/Speakerphone)
= alternative to Headset Mode.
Headset mode
= alternative to Normal Mode.
