9. Call features
9.1. Management of the call
The following instructions describe the basic operations to handle a call; NETfon 500/550 SIP has more
accounts.
Some of the operations described are subject to programming by the administrator of the system.
To:
You have to:
Make a phone call in
normal mode
• lift the handset + dial the telephone press softkey CALL
or
• press speakerphone
dial the telephone
press softkey CALL
or
• dial the telephone press softkey CALL
or
• lift the h directly press the button programmed with the
number required.
Note
: For outgoing trunk calls, the telephone number must be preceded
by the generic trunk line access number (i.e. 0).
Make a phone call and
automatic selection of the
dialled number
• lift the handset + dial the telephone wait for the timeout of
the timer programmed by the administrator (few seconds) for sending
the automatic selection
or
• dial the telephone wait for the timeout of the timer
programmed by the administrator (few seconds) for sending the
automatic selection
Note
: For outgoing trunk calls, the telephone number must be preceded
by the generic trunk line access number (i.e. 0).
Make a phone call in
headset mode(1)
• dial the telephone press softkey CALL
or
• directly press the button programmed with the number required.
Note
: For outgoing trunk calls, the telephone number must be preceded
by the generic trunk line access digit (i.e. 0).
Make a phone call from
private directory
1. scroll the menu
and enter the private directory
2. to confirm press softkey SELECT
3. scroll the name/number with UP and DOWN arrows
4. make the phone call by pressing softkey CALL
Make a direct phone call
to a contact of private
directory
• press the function key associated to a contact of private directory to
make direct phone call
