To move the cursor to the right press UP arrow.
CALL
: allows to call the selected contact, simply by pressing softkey CALL.
READ
: displays the telephone number of the selected contact .
MODIFY
: changes all the data of the selected contact.
DELETE
: removes the selected contact from the private directory.
To associate a contact to a function key for direct calls see “
Customize your function keys”
paragraph.
9.5. Call list management
Access the call list by pressing the softkey
CALL REG
or press softkey MENU and scroll the menu up
to
CALL REGISTER
where the last 10 missed, received and made calls are chronologically ordered
from the most recent to the oldest.
The number of missed calls is displayed on the last row of the phone screen, until they will be
controlled.
Only the last call missed, received or made from/to the same Caller-ID is stored by the system.
From the Call List, the following operations are possible, by pressing softkey OPTIONS

Read
•
Delete
•
Store (
only if the number displayed is not already registered in private directory)
CALL
: allow to make the call towards the selected number, simply by pressing softkey CALL.
READ
: display the telephone number of the caller and time and date of the call.
DELETE
: cancel the selected telephone number from the list.
STORE
: memorize the selected telephone number, in the private directory.
9.6. Agenda management
"AGENDA" allows you to set up 100 appointments, even with acoustic alert. Allows you to set up date
and time to make a call to a contact of the private directory or to remember to perform a certain action
(e.g.: meetings, phone calls, breakfast, etc..) on any given day and at any given time.
On expiry of the date and time set, a message appears on the display to remember the appointment;
the message may also be associated with a beep.
The message that appears may be written by the user or selected from a short list of pre-configured
messages.
Configure the AGENDA in the following way:
1. press softkey Menu
2. scroll the menu up to SETTINGS
