7.1. Understanding buttons
DESCRIPTION

(+ 24 with DDS module)(programmable by the administrator)
Depending on configuration, when pressed, the features for which they are set
up, start.
Voice Mail
If it is ON, it signals a new voice message and allows to access the voice mail
feature and to listen to it.
Speakerphone
Set the handsfree mode;
Answer a call or engage the line without lifting the handset.
Mute
Toggle microphone on/off.
Headset
Toggle the headset mode

Adjusting volume
Adjust the handset, headset, speakerphone and ringer volume;
During the configuration of private directory’s contacts, enter the “+” sign before
the telephone number (i.e. +39).
