5. choose PHONE BOOK or MESSAGE with arrow keys

Instruction to configure and use PHONE BOOK option:
•
scroll with arrow keys the list of contacts and press softkey to confirm
•
set up date and time of apointment (format AA-MM-DD and hh-mm), press softkey Select to
pass from data to data
•
select ADVICE (beep ON) /DO NOT ADVICE (beep OFF)
•
press softkey Select and confirm
•
press softkey Back to exit or go on with configuration from step 4)
•
when timer elapses (the telephone will ring only if “ADVICE” has been selected) the screen
dispays the name of the contact and the message “Call”: to make the call press softkey to dial
the number.
Instruction to configure MESSAGE option:
•
scroll with arrow keys the preconfigured messages, if they satisfy the requirements, and press
softkey Select to confirm, or position on the first empty row of the list and write a customized
message and press softkey Select to confirm
•
set up date and time of appointment (format AA-MM-DD and hh-mm), press softkey Select to
pass from data to data
•
select ADVICE (beep ON) /DO NOT ADVICE (beep OFF)
•
press softkey Select and confirm
•
press softkey Back to exit or go on with configuration from step 4).
The appointments set up appear as a list with possibilities to change and delete them selecting the name.
The appointments are dispatched only if the phone is not occupied otherwise, when the appointment
expires, they are kept in queue and dispatched when the phone gets free.
The appointments set, once processed, they are automatically deleted from the list.
9.7. Additional options
This paragraph describes the OPTIONS menu which provides some additional features to manage the
data of the phone.
1. Press softkey MENU
2. scroll the menu up to
OPTIONS
3. press softkey SELECT
4. select one of the items:

•
Delete lists
•
Delete data
•
Delete keys
5. confirm the selection by pressing softkey SET
6. press softkey BACK to return to main menu.
