12. The green control light (7) turns on to indicate the heating
process. Once the set temperature has been reached the
green control light (7) will turn off .

times since the temperature is
continuously being controlled.
5.3.2. Deep Frying Process
1. Open the lid (2) by pressing the unlock button (12)
2. Put the (non moist) food into the frying basket (14).
3. Ensure that the frying basket (14) is not overloaded to
ensure an even frying result.
4. Insert the fi lled frying basket (14) into the pot (13) fi lled with
fat / oil.
5. Close the lid (2) until it clicks.
6. Press down the handle of the frying basket (10) into a
vertical position until it clicks.
7. Control the deep frying process and browning of the food
through the viewing window (1).
8. After the deep frying process push the unlock button of the
