• Deep frying at too hot temperatures
may be harmful to health. Ensure to
deep fry food rich in carbohydrates,
e.g. potatoes, at a maximum tempera-
ture of 180° C to avoid the development
of acrylamide (please inform yourself
on the current state of research of
acrylamide in the internet).
• Ensure that the device is fully cooled
off before cleaning.
• Do not pour old frying fat and -oil into
the drain. Cooled off fat becomes hard
and blocks the pipeline.
• The use of improper detergents poses
a health risk. Use only the cleaning
supplies and utensils described in this
manual for cleaning your appliance.
