5. Pour 2.0 to 2.5 litres of fluid fat / oil into the cold pot (13).
When filling the pot take note of the fill level indicator. The
pot shall only be filled between the markings MAX. and
MIN. (please see figure)

6. Use only fat / oil which is especially suitable for deep frying.
7. Wipe the inside of the viewing window (1) with oil to pre-
vent the formation of condensation water and to observe
the deep frying process.
8. Close the lid (2) until is clicks.
9. Plug the power cord (6) into a proper installed socket.
10. The red control light (9) turns on to indicate ‘Power On’.
11. Turn on the deep fryer by setting the desired temperature
with the temperature control knob (8) (150°C, 170°C or
190°C). Take note of the recommended temperature- and
