5 OPERATION
5.1 Frying fat / Frying oil
Before using fat / oil take note of the manufacturer’s informa-
tion.
• Suitable fat / oil: Ideally use fat / oil with a high smoke point
like peanut fat, coconut oil, refi ned olive oil or sesame oil
(vegetable oils). There is also especially suitable deep frying
fat or deep frying oil.
• Unsuitable fat / oil: Fat and oil with a low smoke point and
a high degree of mono unsaturated fats like sunfl ower oil,
rapeseed oil, saffl ower oil, extra-virgin oliveoil as well as lard
(animal fats), butter and margarine.

HEALTH RISK!
The wrong use of deep frying fat /oil can
cause harm to health.
• Do not mix / blend diff erent kinds of
fats.
• Take note of the shelf life.
• Do not use broached fat /oil longer than
6 months.
