9.0 Maintenance

Maintenance for 548.04 \ 05.2010 \

Caution, Danger for your life

In the system there are some parts with mains power.
By mainte nance and ser vice pro ce du res turn the entire
system off, shut off from mains by re mo ving the mains
plug. There is danger for your life.

Danger of burns

Start working after the system is cooled down.

Turn the entired system off, shut off from mains by
removing the mains plug.

First let the machine cool down before you start wor-
king in the machine.

Open the machine cover generally, until you reach
the screws of the two chains.

Solve and remove the two screws.

Move the machine cover to the back.

Solve and remove the 4 screws of the radiator sheet
and remove it.

Disconnect the cables from the lustre terminal of the
defective radiator.

The radiator is held in the plate by means of a metal
clasp. Loosen the clasp and remove the defective
radiator from the plate.

Place and

xe the new radiator in the metall plate.

10.

Connect the cables in the lustre terminal.

11.

Mount the plate with the 4 screws in the feeding zone.
