5.0 Operation of System

Operation of System for 548.04 \ 05.2010 \

Technical description

The Soldering
System

Operating panel

Feeding Heating

Cooling

Discharging

zone chamber

zone zone

The soldering system is designed as an table system. Operati-
on and programming are conducted centrally via the operating
panel. All parameters are displayed on a LCD.
The integrated measuring system
In case of emer gen cy, the system can be shut off com ple te ly
with the main switch.
If the systems cover will be opend during th eoperation an
acoustical signal sounds, the heaters and the blower will be shut
off.
The complete system control is arranged on the rear side of the
system.
The integrated changing of the power input allowes an easy
changing to a different power supply.
An additional slip in the discharging zone is for an esay di schar -
ging the PBCs or as an extension of the cooling zone.
