Due to the changeover to lead free soldering, higher
temperatures are necessary for the soldering pro
fi
le. The
conveyor extension TFV 200 is applicable for the soldering
systems 548.04 and 548.07. It allows an elongation of the
cooling time in the outlet area. The time depends on the
adjusted speed of the conveyor.
The conveyor extension can be upgraded at the SEF soldering
systems 548.04 and 548.07. It will be
fi
xed at the already
existing thread bolts for the outlet chute. The electrical
connection of the conveyor motor is done parallel to the
conveyor motor in the soldering system.
Thereby follows also the integration of the conveyor extension
in the safety concept of the existing soldering system. The
mounting of the outlet chute at the conveyor extension is
prepared by suitable thread bolts.
The conveyor extension TFV 200 is only intended and designed
for the integration in SEF soldering systems 548.04 and 548.07
and is used for the elongation of the cooling time in the outlet
area. All other applications are considered as not intended. All
consequences resulting from this are borne by the operator.
Please observe:
The intended use also includes the observance
of instructions and conditions in the manual of the
soldering system.
The initial operation is prohibited as long as it is secured,
that the assembled machine meets the requirements of the
EC Directive 98/37 EC and an EC declaration of conformity
according to addendum IIA of EC machinery directive is
presented.
The length of the PCBs to be soldered/bonded must be 7 cm
min., subject to the weight distribution of the assembled board
sometimes 10 cm (in transport direction). Smaller PCBs must
be transported on a carrier plate. The transport of PCBs with a
length of more than 10 cm is uncritical.
