9.0 Maintenance

Maintenance for 548.04 \ 05.2010 \

Caution, Danger for your life

In the system there are some parts with mains power. By 
mainte nance and ser vice pro ce du res turn the entire 
system off, shut off from mains by re mo ving the mains 
plug. There is danger for your life.

Danger of burns

Start working after the system is cooled down.

1.  

  Turn the entired system off, shut off from mains by 

removing the mains plug.

2.

 

Unscrew and open the electronic modul on the rear 
side of the system. 

3.

 

Unscrew and open the cover of the mains 

fi

 lter.

4.

 

Disconnect the cables of the mains 

fi

 lter. 

5.

 

Unscrew and remove the board.

6.

 Place 

and 

fi

 x the new board.

7.

 

Connect the cables in the mains 

fi

 lter. 

Take care of 

the right numbers by connecting the cables.

8.

 Place 

and 

fi

 x the cover of the mains 

fi

 lter.

9. 

Move the electronic modul back into the system and 

fi

 x it with the two screws.

10.

  Connect the unit to the power supply again and 

switch on the unit.
