9.0 Maintenance

Maintenance for 548.04 \ 05.2010 \

15.

Mount the driving chain on the driving gear of

the motor.

16.

Fix the motor with the screws.

The drive-chain

should have a working range of approximately 0,5
cm.

17.

Connect the plug to the motor.

18.

Install the transport system with the 4 screws in the

ground rack.

19.

Place the heating chamber to the old position on the

transport system and screw the two hinges solidly.

20.

Put the connectors of the heating elements, the radi-
ators and the temperature sensor into the correspon-
ding sockets on the power board.

21.

Move the electronic modul back into the system
and

x it with the two screws.

22.

Move the machine cover down that you can install the
two chains.

23.

Close the machine cover.

24.

Connect the unit to the power supply again and
switch on the unit.
