Make sure the tabs return to their original positions.
If the tabs do not return to their original positions, push the tray in while pulling up on its
top left part as shown.
6. Connect the power cord, USB cable or Ethernet cable.

After attaching an option tray, the printer driver may need to be configured to
recognize it.

After attaching the bypass tray, you must register where to start printing on paper
loaded in the bypass tray. See the section "Registration" for more information.

The coin screw on the underside of the bypass tray is used when setting the side
fence.
Detaching the bypass tray
1. Press and hold down the [Power] key until it turns off, then unplug the power
cord.
2. If necessary, disconnect the USB cable or Ethernet cable.
3. Remove any paper in the bypass tray.
4. If the bypass tray extension is pulled out, push it back in.
5. Pressing the tabs on each side of the bypass tray, detach the unit.
