Commissioning
The function is only effective if the input (terminal 31) is not parameterised for the
connection of a second domestic water sensor (SP31 = 2).
Values:
0 = no room temperature recording
•
1 = Room sensor connected
•
2 = EGS52/15 or EGT333 with room sensor connected
•
3 = EGS52/15 or EGT333 without room sensor connected
•
The operating mode of the heating circuit can be changed remotely using the
EGS52/15 room operating unit. The EDB100 room operating unit can also be
connected via the device bus and used to change the operating mode. The
heating circuit operating mode can also be set using a process control station
via Modbus. In the event of confl icting commands, the following priorities apply:
settings made using the rotary switch on the EQJW245 have priority 1. Settings
made using the EDB100 room operating unit via the device bus and settings
specifi ed via the Modbus have priority 2. Settings made via the binary input have
priority 3. The settings that are made at the EGS52/15 room operating unit have
the lowest priority.
If the room temperature setpoint is modifi ed via the setpoint generator of the
EGS52/15 or EGT333 room operating unit, this causes the actual value for the
room temperature to change at the sensor input of the EQJW245. The fl ow
temperature and therefore the heating output for the room are therefore adjusted.
Heating 2 room temperature activation
A room temperature sensor (resistance sensor or device bus) is a prerequisite for
this function. Unlike the situation where the setpoint is in accordance with the
heating characteristic, the fl ow temperature setpoint for heating 2 is changed if
the room temperature in the reference room deviates from the room setpoint. The
maximum fl ow temperature change is limited to ± 30K.
If SP203 = 1 or 2, room temperature connection can only infl uence the fl ow
setpoint in one direction. Values:

Scanning time for room temperature if heating 2 connected
If the room temperature connection for heating 2 is enabled, this SERVice
parameter determines the period within which one-off correction of the fl ow
setpoint for the heating circuit can occur. In „heavy“ buildings with sluggish
