The following table presents Auto Programmes for Russian style home
menu.
It contains its quantities, accessories and appropriate recommendations.
Programme no 1,2 and 3 are running with a combination of microwaves
and grill. Programme no 4 is running with combinations of microwaves and
convection or microwaves and grill.

Recommendations
Lay out potatoes on a glass fiber plastic plate (for 150-300 g it is better
to use the plate of spherical form with thin walls 2-3 mm, for 350-500 g
it is better to use flat plate with 2-3 mm walls). When the ovens beeps -
mix potatoes, so that the potatoes on the bottom to be on the up and
continue cooking. After having finished cooking - salt potatoes.

Recommendations
For 2 portions you should take 200 g of mushrooms (fresh agaric) and
30 g of vegetable oil. For 4 portions - 400 g of mushrooms (agaric) and
60 g of vegetable oil. Wash and clean the mushrooms, cut into plates
and mix with oil on the basis of 15-20 g for each 100 g of fresh agaric,
mix well, add some salt or dry mushroom bouillon, lay into ceramic
cups. Put in the oven and start cooking.
At that time grate cheese (Edam, Gauda) and mix it with ½ of egg for 2
portions or 1 egg for 4 portions.
Mix sour cream with flour on the basis of 2 dining spoons with hill of
sour cream and 1 spoon of flour for each 100 g of agaric (you may mix
½ spoons of starch with 1 spoon of cream instead of sour cream and
flour). When the oven beeps, mix the mushrooms from down to up.
Dress with mixture of sour cream and flour. Mix well. Put on the top
cheese-egg mixture as an even layer and bake.

2, 4 or 6 cutlets (76-90 g each) lay out on a glass fiber plastic flat
plate with walls thickness 2-3mm and start cooking. When the oven
beeps, Take out of the oven and turn over. put back in oven and lead
to readiness.

Puff pastry - 250-300 g (defrosted preliminary)
Preheat with the Fast Preheat function 250 °C for 10~15 minutes. On
a glass fiber plastic flat plate with walls 2-3 mm thick put leaf of pastry.
Put cleaned and cut into segments (lobules) apples (without core and
pits), powder with sugar and bake.
