3 Note the location of circuit board ， remove the circuit
board (4) from the handset.
4 Use a screwdriver to prize the battery (3) from its
mounting, taking care to avoid touching the circuit
board or the metal battery contacts.
Note: Finger marks will adversely affect battery
life; if possible, avoid touching the flat surfaces of
the battery.
5 Fit the new battery, ensuring that correct polarity is
maintained ( ‘+’ side facing up).
Note: It is recommended that you fit a CR2032
replacement battery.
6 Insert the circuit board into the handset and refit the
plastic bung.
7 Fix the top of the handset, then slide it backwards.
8 Insert the handset into ignition switch to
resynchronise it.
IMPORTANT
• Use of inappropriate battery may damage the
handset. The new replacement’s rated voltage, sizes
and specifications must be the same with the old
one.
• Inappropriate fitting of the battery may damage the
handset.
• Dispose of the used battery must be strictly in
accordance with relevant environmental protection
acts.
