) General Notice
• For some types of external storage devices(USB/iPod
®
)
used, this entertainment system may not be able to
identify them, or to correctly play the files.
• Do not place an external storage device (USB/iPod
®
) in
a high temperature place.
• It may be impossible to display the text information of
some audio and video files.
• File extension name must be used correctly.
• When playing the files stored in external storage
devices (USB/iPod
®
) with complex folder structure, a
short delay may occur.
• Depending on the different types of external storage
devices (USB/iPod
®
), the operation may vary.
• Due to file characteristics, file format, burning software,
playback environment, storage conditions, and so on, it
may not be possible to correctly play some music files
on the USB/iPod
®
.
USB Storage Device Compatibility
• It is not possible to connect a USB device to the
entertainment system through a USB hub.
• This entertainment system is not compatible with the
partitioned USB storage device.
• When driving, please firmly secure the USB storage
device. Do not let the USB storage device fall onto the
floor, where it may become jammed under the brake or
acceleration pedal.
• There may be a short delay when starting playback of
audio files encoded with image data.
• Some USB storage devices connected to this
entertainment system may generate noise on the radio.
• Do not connect anything other than the USB portable
audio player/USB storage device.
• Copyright protected files cannot be played back.
• The USB port of the unit may not be able to identify
some USB brands and models, or files contained can
not be played correctly. Seek your local MG Authorised
Repairer.
