Child Restraints
Child Restraints System
It is recommend the children below 12 years old should
use the child restraint be seated in the rear of the vehicle.
Compared with adults, children's muscles and bones not
yet fully developed, so you need to use a dedicated child
restraint seats to protect children. Use child restraints in
the rear seat or vehicle seat belt to protect children based
on the child's age, height and weight.
The only permitted child restraints must be licensed
for children and in accordance with relevant laws and
regulations or standards (such as ECE-R44).
Installation and using of child restraints should comply
with relevant laws and regulations and instructions of child
restraint manufacturer and vehicle owner's manual.
Important Safety Instructions About Using
Child Restraints
Correct using of child restraints will greatly reduce the risk
of injury to children in accidents or reduce the severity of
their injuries, please note the following points when use
child restraints:
• All occupants, especially children in the vehicle must
wear seat belts or use child restraints.
• Children who’s tall less than 1.5 m (or below 12 years
old) should use the proper child restraint, can’t use
regular seat belts, it may cause the abdomen and neck
injuries; child restraint should be installed in the rear
seat of the vehicle.
• Never let your children ride in unprotected case.
• Per child restraint allows only one child.
• Never let your children in passenger’s arms.
• Proper child restraint can provide protection for your
children.
• Front passenger seat may require rearward and seat
back angle adjustment for installation of some rear
facing child restraint systems.
• Seat head restraints may need to be adjusted or
removed for installation of some forward facing child
restraint systems.
• Should not neglect care because of children sitting on
the seat.
