Attention:

an excessive stretch of the belt can damage the bearings of fan and motor seriously while a too
loosened belt offers poor performances and the belt wears out rapidly.

Rotary heat regenerators

The electric connection must be carried out by specialized personnel as described in this manual and on the diagram issued by the
manufacturer and attached to it.

The access door to the gearmotor is always provided with safety micro-switch.

Rotary filters

The electric connection must be carried out by specialized personnel as described in this manual and on the diagram issued by the
manufacturer and attached to it, and in compliance with the relevant Standards in force.

Check the correct direction of rotation and that the transmission chain is correctly aligned and greased.

Mount the filtering bed according to the square alignment in order to permit the correct rewinding.

The access door to the gearmotor is always provided with safety micro-switch.

Equipment for detection of dirty filters

A differential pressure gauge can be supplied as accessory on request; it shall be applied to the filtering sections after being calibrated

- for both cell and rotary synthetic filters = max. 200 Pa
- for floppy bag filters = max. 250 Pa
- for rigid bag filters = max. 400 Pa
- for absolute filters = max. 600 Pa

The same calibration values are valid also in case of installation of differential pressure switches, of visual or acoustic type.

The rotary filter is always supplied as serial device and complete with differential pressure switch.

We suggest to drill the through holes of the plastic tubes for the detection of the pressure values upstream and downstream to the filters on
structural aluminum in order to permit always the possibility of dismounting the panels
