Heat Dissipation Solution
The operating environment temperature of RG-S8610E switches ranges between 0 and 50°C. The heat dissipation design
must satisfy the requirement on the device's reliability in the temperature range while ensuring the device's safety and
maintainability. The supervisor and service modules use fans to draw air and the switch fabric module uses fans to blow
air for forced convection in order to ensure that the device works properly in the specified environment.
