Press the [ Save To USB ] key, then it will write the data to the USB
It will display “Printing Complete! Any key Continue!” after writing over.
Other reports save to USB can refer to Daily Full report
Key Point

The sales reports all are saved in [DATA_RPT] folder with “CSV” file

When importing the same report, the older report will be overwritten by the
newest report

Daily reports will consist of "Daily" in front of the report when view it on PC

Periodic reports contain PTD in front of file name

The [Active Table Report] and [PLU Inventory Report] cannot save to
U-Disk
To save the EJF Reports to the U-Disk

Search All
1 Switch the control lock to
X mode

Select [ 201 – EJ Report(full)] Press the Enter key.

Press the[ Save to USB] key
，
it will write the EJF report to the U-Disk.
It will go back to homepage automatically after writing over.
Note

When exporting the same report to the U-Disk, the older report does not
overwrite the previous report. The date will show behind the file name.

Export to EJ report files have the following documents
EJ-INDEX.TXT
Indicates report the first time and the last one receipt time of a
receipt in the exported EJ file.
