Swell End Voltage
Swell end voltage is configured as percentage to reference voltage. Swell end event is generated when
measured voltage returns below the end voltage. Hysteresis voltage exists between start voltage and end
voltage to prevent a large number of short events and minimum Hysteresis is 1%. In other words, end voltage
can be configured at least 1% lower than start voltage. If start voltage is configured lower than end voltage,
end voltage is automatically reconfigured 1% lower than start voltage.
