Maintenance That Should Be Performed Every Six Months

Maintenance



After discarding the discharged fluid, press



Pull all the ink pouch holders forward.

Lower the ink pouch holders slowly without letting
go of them.



Press



Remove the stoppers.

Remove all the ink pouches.

If ink gets on the machine or the floor when remov-
ing an ink pouch, wipe it off with a dry cloth or a
similar object.



Press



When the screen on the left is displayed, remove the drain

bottle and discard the discharged fluid.



Press

"EMPTY DRAIN BOTTLE" appears on the screen several times. Repeat steps



and



Precautions for the operations to follow



Take care not to drop ink pouches.



During this work, move the ink pouch holders slowly. If you let go of the ink pouch holders partway

through moving them, they will be subjected to a strong impact, which may cause the ink to leak.
