198 Measuring channel 3:
201 Measuring channel 1: Sensor at connection A could not
determine any gap, while the same sensor determined a gap
at connection B
Check if
• Sensor A is contaminated
• Sheet to be measured is out of measuring
window
Further details see system parameter 21
202 Measuring channel 1: Sensor at connection B could not
determine any gap, while the same sensor determined a gap
at connection A
Check if
• Sensor B is contaminated
• Sheet to be measured is out of measuring
window
Further details see system parameter 21
203 Measuring channel 1: The beam alignment is no longer
optimal
Perform system alignment 4 „System
test“/alignment and realign the sensors,
eventually clean the optics
204 Measuring channel 2: Sensor at connection A could not
determine any gap, while the same sensor determined a gap
at connection B
see Nr. 201
205 Measuring channel 2: Sensor at connection B could not
determine any gap, while the same sensor determined a gap
at connection A
see Nr. 202
206 Measuring channel 2: The beam alignment is no longer
optimal
see Nr. 203
207 Measuring channel 3: Sensor at connection A could not
determine any gap, while the same sensor determined a gap
at connection B
see Nr. 201
208 Measuring channel 3: Sensor at connection B could not
determine any gap, while the same sensor determined a gap
at connection A
see Nr. 202
209 Measuring channel 3: The beam alignment is no longer
optimal
see Nr. 203
