Seatpost Removal

Remove the remote lever assembly from the bicycle handlebar.

Wrap a shop towel around the upper post and hose barb.

The shop towel will absorb any Reverb™ hydraulic fluid that may drip.

Unthread and remove the hose barb and hose.
Hydraulic fluid may drip from the hose barb. Cover the end of the hose
barb with a shop towel if necessary

WARNING

Do not allow Reverb hydraulic fluid to come into contact with any brake
components. Contaminated brake components can compromise brake
performance, may cause brake failure, and can lead to serious injury
and/or death.

Pull the hose barb and hose through the Reverb hose guide.

Remove the seatpost from the bicycle frame.
